Program Director – MCC Richmond
MCC Richmond, for 34 years a key part of the global MCC movement serving central Virginia, seeks the right person to become Program Director.
This is a half-time position, working with the Pastor and ministry leaders to develop, sustain, and grow effective ministry programs serving church members and friends as well as those in the larger community. There is opportunity for this to grow into a full-time position with church growth.
Demonstrated experience in program and leadership development, preferably (at least in part) in church or non-profit settings, and good communication skills, required. Salary range, $13-15K, depending on experience and education.
