Dear MCC Members and Friends,

If you have already completed the survey put together by the MCC Strategic Plan Review Team, we want to thank you for your willingness to participate. If you have not had a chance to complete the survey, there is still time! We have extended the response time through 31 October to allow an even greater opportunity to participate in this initial survey which is intended to test Statements of Purpose, Vision and Core Values.

This Survey will take you less than 10 minutes to complete, and will be very important in evaluating the success of the approved 2005 Strategic Plan, and in formulating changes for consideration by the 2010 General Conference.

The Strategic Plan Review Team has been charged with the responsibility of reviewing the Strategic Plan which was overwhelmingly passed at our General Conference in 2005.
