Job Title: Business and Operations Manager
Salary: $35,000.00 per annum plus benefits
Reports To: Senior Pastor
FLSA Status: Exempt

SUMMARY: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mind for business and financials and a heart for inclusion and justice. Our Business and Operations Manager will be at the center of our growing organization, managing our finances, budget and cash flow while leading us to make the most of our business planning and assets, particularly our facilities. We are looking for someone who is excellent with details, reports and numbers; possesses good people skills; and is entrepreneurial.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Budget Management: Payroll, Financials, Expenditures authorization, Assist annual external audit; Building Management: Rentals and maintenance, Strategic planning, marketing and networking; HR Generalist: Employee contracts and benefits knowledge.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or comparable experience
3-5 years of Business or Not-for-profit Management experience
Driver’s License and Car
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule as required, primarily Sun-Thurs.
